Since 2009, more than 720,000 college scholarships have been awarded to Arkansans.”

ASL is also offering the LOTTO Bundle exclusively for Arkansas lottery players. For only $6, a player gets four chances of winning a life-changing jackpot. They will receive a free LOTTO ticket when they buy three Quick Pick plays for a LOTTO draw. The promotion will run through October.

“All players have to do to get this great deal is visit their local lottery retailer and ask for the LOTTO Bundle,” said Hagler.
