Tonight, jackpots for Powerball® and LOTTO soar to atmospheric heights.

Following Monday night’s drawing, the Powerball® jackpot has increased to $1 billion. It is the eighth-largest jackpot in Powerball history, as well as the biggest U.S. lottery jackpot of 2026 to date. An Arkansas lottery player claimed the game’s previous highest jackpot of the year, $250.8 million, in March.

Earlier this month, a winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Centerton for the Aug. 5 drawing. The winning numbers were 14, 20, 59, 60 and 61, and the Powerball number was 25. This ticket is still unclaimed. The winner has 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize.

Powerball tickets cost $2 per play. Drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:59 p.m., and ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m. on draw nights.

For players interested in Arkansas-exclusive draw games, the LOTTO jackpot is $2.209 million for tonight’s drawing. Following LOTTO’s previous $5.123 million and $2.338 million jackpots, it has earned its spot as one of the draw game’s biggest prizes of all time.

LOTTO launched in 2022 to give Arkansas lottery players another chance to win big prizes. Since then, five players have won the jackpot, including three winners who claimed prizes of $1 million or more.

LOTTO drawings are held every Wednesday and Friday at 9 p.m. Tickets cost $2 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m.
