Poinsett County Man Wins $50,000 Playing $20 Instant Game; Arkansans Across the State Win Big with $10,000 Stacked
Arkansas lottery players continue to win big playing loaded instant games.
E. Holley of Poinsett County won $50,000 playing $50,000 Stacked, a $20 scratch-off ticket. He claimed his prize at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center on Feb. 20.
Holley visited Jordan’s Kwik Stop #76, 109 N. Illinois, in Harrisburg with his eyes set on a big win. A weekly lottery player, he purchased one of the first games he saw: $50,000 Stacked. Launched in January, the loaded ticket still had several $50,000 top prizes available.
Holley purchased the ticket and returned to his truck to play. To his surprise, it held one $10,000 prize and two $20,000 prizes, for a total of $50,000.
“I couldn’t believe it,” Holley told lottery officials.
The win was his biggest by far. Previously, he had won $500 playing other lottery games.
Excited, the lucky winner first shared the good news with his daughter. She, too, struggled to believe Holley’s luck until he reassured her over the phone.
Holley plans to save his winnings.
Sixty-six $50,000 top prizes remain on $50,000 Stacked.
Arkansas lottery players also continue to win big with another instant game: $10,000 Stacked.
Like $50,000 Stacked, $10,000 Stacked is a loaded scratch-off game with several $10,000 top prizes available. Since its launch on Jan. 6, players have claimed 37 of its 120 top prizes. Winning tickets have been sold in cities across the state, including Trumann, Blytheville, Lowell, Cabot, Bentonville, North Little Rock and more.
