The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) will host a retailer event at Discount Tobacco Malvern, 1625 US 270 Business in Malvern, on Friday, June 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Formerly located on Martin Luther King Blvd. in Malvern, the event commemorates the grand opening of Discount Tobacco’s new location. To celebrate, the retailer will serve free hot dogs and drinks from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and offer special discounts all day. The event will also feature a radio remote with KLAL 107.7 FM, and attendees can spin the lottery’s prize wheel with the purchase of a $2 LOTTO ticket.

Saturday night’s LOTTO jackpot is $1.619 million. LOTTO drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday night at 9 p.m. Ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m. on draw nights. Players must be at least 18 to purchase any lottery product.
