Arkansans Win Big with Weekend Cash 4 Drawing
Winners from across the state poured into the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) Claim Center to claim big prizes after Memorial Day weekend.
More than 40 Arkansas lottery players won prizes worth $2,500 or more in Cash 4’s afternoon drawing on May 24. At least 20 of these winners landed a $5,000 top prize.
The winning numbers were 5, 5, 5 and 5, with many of the winning tickets sold at independent retailers statewide.
For one winner, five was an especially lucky number. He purchased five $1 tickets and won a $5,000 top prize on each, totaling $25,000 in the draw. Another fortunate player took home $10,000.
Cash 4 winners claimed more than $100,000 in total prizes on May 27 and 28.
“It’s always exciting to see the Claim Center overflowing with winners,” said ASL Executive Director Sharon Strong. “Especially for games like Cash 4, where players could spend 50 cents or $1 and still win thousands in prizes.”
She added, “From scratch-offs to Fast Play games, we’re proud to offer Arkansans several ways to play and win.”
Cash 4 is a four-digit game exclusive to Arkansas. Drawings are held at 12:59 p.m. on Monday through Saturday and 6:59 p.m. on Monday through Sunday. Players choose four numbers between zero and nine, any of which can be the same, and select either a 50-cent or $1 wager. Players can also choose between one of four play types: straight, box, straight/box and combo.
Prizes amounts depend on the wager and type of play selected. The top prize is $5,000.
Tickets costs begin at 50 cents and vary depending on the play type. Ticket sales cut off four minutes before each drawing.
Players can select their numbers in person or online using digital playslips via the official AR Lottery + Club app.
Cash 4 tickets are available for purchase at a licensed Arkansas lottery retailer or on the go through apps from ASL’s retail partners. Visit the Where to Play page on the ASL website to learn more about ASL’s Play on the Go options.
