Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Launches New Draw Game: Millionaire for Life
The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) is set to launch Millionaire for Life™, an all-new multi-state draw game, on Feb. 22, 2026.
“Whether it’s a draw game or a scratch-off ticket, we always look forward to offering Arkansans new ways to win big,” said ASL Executive Director Sharon Strong. “As a contributing member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), we are excited to present a new game, Millionaire for Life.”
The game offers a grand prize of $1 million a year for life. With daily drawings, players have a chance to win throughout the week.
Millionaire for Life drawings will be held at 10:15 p.m. Five white balls numbered between 1 and 58 and one Millionaire Ball™ between 1 and 5 will be selected during each drawing. Players must match all six winning numbers to receive the grand prize.
There are eight additional ways to win, with alternative cash prizes available for matching at least one white ball and the Millionaire Ball or two white balls. Players who match all five white balls without the Millionaire Ball will receive the second-tier prize of $100,000 a year for life.
Both the grand prize and second-tier prize will be awarded as annuities with a guaranteed 20-year minimum payout. Winners can also choose a one-time cash payout for either prize.
“Imagine winning $1 million a year, year after year,” said Tom Seaver, Millionaire for Life Product Group Chair and Senior Director of the Colorado Lottery. “This game is designed to deliver on its name.”
Beyond big winnings, Millionaire for Life ticket purchases will support ASL’s mission to raise funds for student scholarships.
“Since 2009, our goal has been to raise scholarship proceeds responsibly through lottery ticket sales,” Strong said. “Offering new games like Millionaire for Life, celebrating wins both big and small and supporting our players across the state—all of these work together to achieve that mission.”
Players must be at least 18 years old to buy a Millionaire for Life ticket, as with any other lottery product. Tickets will be available for purchase at licensed Arkansas lottery retailers and through retailer apps from ASL’s Play on the Go partners. For more information about Play on the Go options, visit the Where To Play page on the ASL website.
