Retailer Spotlight - Gravette Station

Dynamic duo Ricky and Erin Sehgal lead their lottery retail location, Gravette Station, with care and a keen eye for customers’ needs.

Located in the small town of Gravette—where everyone knows everyone—Gravette Station is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so customers can stop by at any time. Owner Erin Sehgal and manager Ricky Sehgal boast about their homemade breakfast items and the instant tickets they sell during their morning rush.

“Everybody wants to try their luck in the morning,” Ricky said.

“It’s a nice way to brighten their day,” Erin added.

After nine years at the establishment, the pair navigates the lottery with expert precision. Whether it’s working out a system to handle big jackpots or searching high and low when a player loses a ticket, the Gravette Station team always goes above and beyond for its customers.

“I even remember the numbers people like to play,” Ricky said. “I see their car parked, and I can have their tickets ready as soon as they walk in.”

At the heart of it all is the Gravette Station team’s desire to take care of their players, whom Erin affectionately calls “good-hearted, kind people.” More than just customers, they are members of the Gravette community, and the retailer knows that friendliness and good customer service go a long way toward building a mutual relationship.

“When they come in, we always cheer them up, and they always cheer us up,” Erin said.
