The Powerball® jackpot soars to $629 million for tomorrow night’s drawing.

Nineteen players in Arkansas have claimed Powerball prizes worth more than $500 this year, with seven of them winning at least $50,000.

Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 9:59 p.m. To win the jackpot, a player must match all six winning numbers drawn. Other prizes are available for players who match at least the Powerball number.

Tickets cost $2 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m. the night of the drawing. Players can also purchase their ticket with Power Play®, an optional multiplier that boosts non-jackpot winnings by 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 times, for an extra $1. Players can win up to $2 million with this multiplier.
