“A smile and a good attitude are what bring people back to us,” Pinky says. “Giving them comfort, putting a smile on their faces—that’s what my ideology of business is about.”

In addition to their positive attitudes, the team’s training plays a key role in creating a fun lottery experience for players. Each team member receives hands-on coaching in selling tickets, paying customers and suggesting special lottery promotions.
