Retailer Spotlight - Casey's #3209

The well-trained team at Casey’s #3209 in Rogers combines expertise and consistency to create a positive lottery experience for their players.

Jennifer Rhinehart, the store manager, has worked in retail management for more than 10 years. Having worked with the lottery at Casey’s for the last three years, she knows the ins and outs of catering to customers and boosting ticket sales.

“We’re incredibly consistent,” Jennifer said. “We’re always thinking about customers’ needs, even if they’re just potential, so we can always be here for them.”

Whether it’s keeping lottery bins full, auto-generating ticket orders for backstock, or staying in constant communication with their lottery representative, the Casey’s team works to make sure the ticket-buying process is easy for players.

Customers can see the effort, too. Even if they have other options for gas, pizza or lottery tickets, they always come back to Casey’s.

“Our regulars know that they can come here, and we’ll have all the tickets available,” Jennifer said. “They can get exactly what they want.”

It helps that the team knows how best to assist all players, regardless of their level of experience.

“If they’re going to a place where we’re friendly—we’re not inconvenienced by them playing lottery—that encourages them and makes others want to participate,” she added.
